La-Vie offered 3 days return & exchange policy. Customers may exchange products for in-store and online purchases. We will honor exchanges as per our existing policy on products that have been kept in original condition with tags.
We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason, we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply bring it back with your receipt and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
Items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.
